In a nutshell
The pushchairs of all pushchairs complete with an electric motor to help make tackling steep hills and rough terrain an absolute breeze.
First Impressions
Looking at the e-priam it just screams style, and my first push up a hill was a dream. But it’s pricey.
What we love
- Automatic motor takes strain out of pushing up and down hills
- Luxury design and quality
- Large seat
- Great wheels
- Great fabrics
- Easy-to-use harness
- All-in-one fold
- Smooth push
- Large and ergonomic seat unit
- Huge hood
What’s not so good
- No auto-lock on fold
- Having to remember to charge the battery
The e-Priam features the same seat unit and carry cot as the Priam – the seat is comfortable and a really good size. Boasts of an extra-large extendable hood. Reasonable sized basket, one-hand fold. SUPER stylish and sleek design. Overnight sleeping in the carry cot is a big highlight for me.
The difference between the e-priam and the priam is the motor so it’s important and only right to mention the motor.
The motor is battery powered and charging it is as easy as charging your smartphone. You can just pop the battery off the back axle or leave it on and plug it in – taking approx. 6 hours to charge. Green light will show when ready.
At first you might think this is just a gadget and doesn’t actually work but, you can really feel the pushchair moving itself to release the pressure off the pushchair driver and when you come down hill it really does take the pull away.
If you’re looking for a smooth ride but one that turns heads, this is it. Sleek, Stylish and durable this pram is perfect for all terrain journeys
